  • You should purchase tickets through our website, which will link you to Ticketmaster.

Any tickets not purchased through our website/Ticketmaster are considered third-party tickets. This includes tickets from sites like Stubhub, Vivid Seats, and more.

For the best customer experience, please avoid purchasing from third-party websites if at all possible.

  • Yes! We are excited to say we have box office hours every week, where you’ll have the ability to purchase reduced-fee tickets. We know the ticketing landscape is challenging, but we’re hopeful this will help make the purchasing process less painful and more manageable.

    • We will be starting regular box office hours 5:00 - 8:00 the night of our indoor shows. We will be selling reduced-fee tickets at the box office.

    • In addition to our regular box office on show nights, we will have our box office open every Friday from 9:30am to 2:00pm.

    • On Friday mornings at 9:30am, we will open up (20) tickets to each show going on sale that morning. There will be a (2) ticket limit per customer, and these will be first come, first served. This will allow you the opportunity to grab reduced-fee tickets before the public onsale, and possibly get ahead of a sellout!

    • The box office will be open until 2pm every Friday, so if you miss out on the 9:30a ticket allotment, you still have a chance to purchase reduced-fee tickets for any available show (including shows going on sale that day!) at the Salt Shed while the box office is open.

    • Our box office is located near 1200 W Blackhawk, which is located by the main gate at the Salt Shed.

  • The age limit for each show varies and will be noted on the ticketing page.

A minor can attend any show as long as accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • The Salt Shed will no longer require staff, patrons, and performers to provide proof of vaccination or negative COVID test for entry.

We do encourage vaccinations and masks are highly recommended for all attendees but are not required.

We will honor the specific wishes of our artists, and in cases where that impacts our current policy regarding masks, those ticket holders will be notified.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@saltshedchicago.com.

  • In compliance with the Smoke-free Illinois Act, The Salt Shed prohibits smoking, including e-cigarettes. Designated smoking areas are available outside on the 2nd-floor rooftop and outside on the Fairgrounds, 15 feet from the building entrance.

Guests who do not comply with this regulation are subject to be ejected from the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a fun, healthy, and safe environment for everyone.
